One-on-One Body Awareness Sessions are available late afternoons on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Please email center@livingcompassion.org for available times and to schedule.

Please refer to How To Be at Center before attending any events.

Center is open 15 minutes prior to all scheduled events. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to any scheduled event to allow time to be seated.
